Franck Massard, a top UK sommelier turned winemaker, brings expertise and a passion for organic viticulture to Priorat. He carefully tends to vineyard balance and biodiversity. His goal? To create wines that showcase Priorat's terroir, minerality, and freshness, delivering a unique expression of this region.
Vinification
100% destemmed grapes undergo traditional alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 14 days in order to obtain a balance of structure, fruits and freshness. 20% of the wine is later aged in used oak for an average of 6 months.
