Tasting note
Deep ruby in colour, with great aromatic complexity on the nose. There are notes of leather and vanilla integrated into the ripe red and black fruit character. On the palate, the tannins are firm, supporting the acidity and ensuring long persistence.

Vinification
Final bunch selection; destemming fresh grapes; 48-hour pre-fermentative cold maceration; selected yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); alcoholic fermentation at 24º-25ºC; remontages and delations during 12 days of skin maceration; malolactic fermentation; 8-month maturation in French oak barrels; tartaric stabilization; bottling; basin tuning for 12 months.
