Viticulture
Thierry's vineyards, averaging 30 years old, thrive in clay and limestone soils. Expanded by his father Lucien, additional plots near the Dordogne's banks feature limestone soils topped with clay. Traditional viticulture, machine harvesting, and rigorous sorting techniques define their approach.
Vinification
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Barrel-aged for 12 months in second hand French oak to compliment the fruit
