Intense Bordeaux red, filling the mouth with blackberries and black cherries, the nose a warm waft of toasted oak.
Viticulture
Limestone, clay and gravel s soils on just 8 hectares of land. Use of double guyot training, green harvest and hand harvest carried out by hand before a strict sorting process.
Vinification
Maceration for a period of three weeks with pumping over in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months in French oak.

Enjoy withlamb and veal empanadas or red meats, game and cheese.
