Tasting note
The freshness of citrus and summer fruits is cut through with white pepper, fennel and even a touch of aniseed. Despite the delicate perfume, this confident rosé has a warming taste.
Viticulture
A selection of terroirs expressing the mineral character of Provence, fruit is hand harvested before being brought to the winery.
Vinification
Grapes are manually harvested and pre-sorted in the vineyard. Whole bunches are gently pressed, with alcoholic fermentation taking place in stainless steel using natural yeasts and undergoing full malolactic fermentation. Resting 6 months on fine lees in stainless tanks before being blended and bottled.
