Viticulture
Vineyards of the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes at 1200 m.a.s.l. The low temperatures in the valley allow optimal development of the grapes, managing to develop its quality to the maximum.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the last week of January until the beginning of April. Fermentation with selected yeasts at an average temperature of 26°C for 10 days.
