Tasting note
Rich, thrilling Malbec, full of black cherries and black plums, topped off with a scattering of spice.
Viticulture
Deep, poor and sandy loam soils. Irrigation from the Andes. Wide thermal amplitude with warm days and cold nights. Dry climate with little rainfall, and about 300 days of sunshine. It results in wines highly concentrated in colour, aroma and flavour with a unique fruity character
Vinification
From vineyard to winery, certified organic practices prevail. Natural fertilizers from sheep, diatom earth against ants, and machetes for weed control in the vineyards. Low sulfur levels in the winery. The wine's expression shines with intense, fresh, and natural flavours, allowing the grape's genuine essence to prevail.
Food Match
Match it with grilled pork tenderloin and rosemary roasted potatoes.
