Viticulture
Poor, rocky soils, Andes-fed irrigation, and a wide 22°C temperature range shape our vineyard. With just 120mm of rain, 15% humidity, and 350 sunny days annually, the cold nights and hot days yield intensely concentrated wines. Expect unique fruity character in every sip.
Vinification
Hand-harvested in 18kg bins, with pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C in stainless steel. Native and selected yeasts initiate fermentation. Extended post-fermentation maceration for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak for 70%, while 30% is aged in stainless steel tanks. A harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
