Tasting note

Vinification
During the oxygen-free pressing stage, whole bunches undergo careful selection and decanting for over 12 hours, removing vegetal components. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at <20°C, followed by aging on lees and in bottle, yields Alìe 2020—crafted to captivate.
