Viticulture
A place bathed in sunshine from the start of the day. Calcareous - red clay soils. The vineyards are located on the Plateau in Cahors AOC at an 300m altitude.
Vinification
Years of research led to a secret process for sincere Malbec expression. Destemmed, lightly crushed, cold fermentation in steel tanks, gentle extraction, block vinification, final blend after malolactic fermentation.
Food Match
By the glass or with a plate of charcuteries, with knuckle-end lamb cooked with herbs. Pasta with meat sauce.
