Vibrant white from southern Argentina, grassy and piquant with citrus on the nose, followed by a mouthful of tropical fruit, freshened with a further spritz of citrus.
Viticulture
Humberto Canale: Patagonia's 1st certified sustainable winery since 1914. Authentic, family-owned, and proud. Cool Patagonian climate yields complex, elegant wines. Handpicked berries, low yields: 7-8K kg/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel at very low temperatures to preserve freshness. This typically lasts around 2 weeks upon when the wine is racked, filtered and bottled for release.
Food Match
Attractive straw colour with a vibrant citrus nose followed by hints of grass and tropical fruit. On the palate it has a refreshing taste of citrus and tropical fruit.
