Tasting note
Top-tier Malbec from Patagonia, luscious and appealing, with plums, clove and nutmeg on the nose and charcuterie, earth and more plums in the mouth.
Viticulture
Humberto Canale: Patagonia's sustainable pioneer since 1914, rooted in enduring family values. Our cool Patagonian climate nurtures slow ripening, preserving unique acidity for superbly complex and elegant wines. Mid-March harvest, handpicked in small containers, only 1 kilometer from the vineyard.
Vinification
Hand picked grapes are stainless steel fermented followed by ageing in new French and American oak casks for 12 months. Once bottled the wine undergoes a further 6 months bottle ageing before release.
Food Match
Enjoy with pasta in a creamy sauce, or alternatively seafood or a simply grilled fish.
