Viticulture
Named after the wide range of altitudes of the 110 hectares of prime calcareous marl terroir which IXSIR uses across the Lebanon between 800 and 1700 metres above sea level. Manual night harvests in crates of 18kg and transport to the ultra sleek hi-tech winery in Basbina in temperature-controlled trucks.
Vinification
Low-pressure pressing and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. No malolactic convertion or oak in order to keep the bright, fresh flavours of the grapes.
Food Match
The freshness of the acidity in this wine will pair nicely with grilled chicken.
