Tasting note
Southern French Vermentino, as rounded and pretty as a peach orchard, with blossom on the nose and the soft, juicy fruit, plus a drizzling of cream, in the mouth.
Vinification
Early morning harvest followed by gentle pressing and off-settling. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature with the wine staying on it’s fine lees. Ageing occurs in stainless steel tanks.
Food Match
Great partner to grilled chicken and avocado salad or a prawn and asapargus risotto.
