Viticulture
Made in Salnes, where the sea breezes infuse Albariño grapes with a distinctive salinity. Paula Fandino nurtures these vines with minimal sulfur, championing natural winemaking despite the challenging climate. The Parra system enhances sun exposure and pest control. This Godello uniquely captures Rias Baixas, showcasing its renowned variety.
Vinification
Unusual weather marked our vineyard year: high autumn temperatures, a cold January, and a rainy spring set the stage. Summer brought hot, sunny days, leading to stress for the grapes. By September 6th, we harvested our finest, most aromatic Godello grapes.

With its fresh lively saline aromas, this pairs well with foods such as sashimi, vegetable gyozas, hummus and seafood.
