Viticulture
Pere Ventura Family Estates, established in 1992, is dedicated to crafting top-notch Cavas in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, Cava capital with history dating back to 1872. Committed to preserving the local ecosystem, Pere employs organic practices in the vineyard. His state-of-the-art winery has earned acclaim, including 2 Platinum at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
Vinification
Grapes manually harvested and pressed in 3 nearby locations. Pere Ventura employs green harvest and selects grapes and bunches meticulously. Following the traditional method, second fermentation occurs in the bottle. This Cava is consistently a Brut, with 8 g/l sugar dosage, aged 15 months in bottle before disgorgement.
Food Match
Mas Pere Brut Reserva makes a splendid aperitif and is also a great match with oysters, seafood and grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 6º-7ºC.
