Tasting note
Textured Pinot Gris from New Zealand, packed with apricots and nectarines, the sweetness of elderflower and tang of ginger on the nose balanced by a fine, fresh spray of citrus.
Viticulture
100% hand harvested Pinot Gris from Central Otago. Farming follows organic principles, making use of livestock to eat grass and add manure to enrich the soil.
Vinification
100% whole bunch pressed grapes. Fermentation in 90% stainless steel and 10% in older French oak. The wine was matured for 3 months on the yeast lees to add body.

Perfect with Thai cuisine and dishes with chilli, garlic and ginger flavours.
