Fragrant, floral white from the most admired incarnation of the many-splendoured Muscat grape, exuding jasmine, rose petals, hibiscus and pink grapefruit, with an appetising blast of marine air on the finish.
Viticulture
White, very calcareous soils, with rich, small-sized skeleton texture characterized by high water retention capacity. Fine texture with light-coloured clayey fraction and micro zones of red sands.
Vinification
Vinification: static decanting of the must after destalking and soft pressing; fermentation and maturation in stainless steel, at 15⁰C
Food Match
Fragrant wine complements sea dishes. Pair with herring or Caprese salad. Perfect with prawns, shellfish, tomato-lobster. Enhances Valencian paella, fish couscous, sea urchin pasta. Sunny and convivial, a delightful choice.
