Aromas and flavours of quince jelly, guava, lemon, grapefruit, nectarine and a touch of oak spice. Textural with fresh acidity.
Viticulture
Sourced from a number of vineyards in the Yarra Valley. The growing season for 2021 was exceptional.
Vinification
Destemmed and crushed fruit prior to pressing. Fermentation with partial solids in seasoned oak. Aged 10 months in seasoned oak before bottling.
