Viticulture
From the highest, south-facing vineyards, special topography and unique environment yield cool nights and sunny, dry days. Grapes can linger past regular harvest time, undergoing mild over-ripening with noble rot's intervention during veraison. This 100% Verdicchio gains remarkable concentration and distinctive aromatic maturity.
Vinification
Grapes gently destemmed to preserve integrity, cold press maceration (cryo) 10-12 hrs for aroma. Ferments in concrete tanks, 18-20°C. Massaccio rests on lees 5-6 months, bottle aged 8 months
