A light pink, dry rosé, bursting with aromas of hibiscus, forest berries and pear. Deep flavours of pomegranate, raspberries, and tart cherries giving a wine of both flavour and supreme elegance.
Viticulture
From two stunning, pristine young plantations of the Siklós sub-region of Villány. 100% estate-owned fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are immediately cold-pressed on arrival. Fermention is at low temperature, using a cold-resistant yeast strain in stainless steel tanks to maximize fruit character. Aged for 3 months, in stainless steel only.
Food Match
Goats cheese, fresh green salad leaves with a herbal dressing. Perfect with a Caprese salad of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella.
