Tasting note
An alluring fragrance of red berries and pomegranate, topped off with aniseed, is given depth and persistence on the palate by raspberries, blackberries and watermelon.
Viticulture
Marcos and Miguel Eguren have carefully selected the best plots for this project, guaranteeing consistently fresh and floral grapes. On the Ebro River's left bank, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, these sites are treated with environmental reverence alinging minimal intervention and biodynamic practices.
Vinification
MACERATION: All white varieties during 2 days then incorporated to the red must after 1 week to remain in contact with skins for 72 hours.
FERMENTATION: Controlled at 16º C.
STABILIZATION: Cold stabilized
Food Match
Light cheeses, salmon, salads and vegetables. Also good with grilled sausages, most pastas and pizzas.
