Tasting note
A fresh, pure expression of the variety, this Malbec displays aromas of violets, cherries and spices. Fruity, with balanced acidity on the palate, notes of ripe red fruits and a subtle hint of oak.
Viticulture
Traditional viticultural practices used.
Vinification
Fermented i smaintained at 28-31°C maximum with selected yeasts. Maceration lasted 15 to 20 days for gather as much colour from the berry skins as possible. Open and closed pump-overs, which occurs in several stages of fermentation.
Food Match
Grilled meat, empanadas, or dulce de leche for a sweet treat.
