Vinification

Hand-harvested at 23-24 ° Brix, our grapes yield a rich wine. Fermented with selected yeasts, pumpovers ensure vibrant color and fruity character. A 3-month wood contact results in a soft, intensely fruity wine. Cheers to a delightful sip!
