Tasting note
Appearance: Pale-yellow with greenish hues.
Nose: Fresh citrus notes, and tropical hints such as pineapple and passion fruit.
Palate: Crips acidity wich brings out a fresh and long finish.
Vinification
Harvested at 21° Brix in March, with an average yield of 20 tonnes per hectare. Grapes are pressed, and the clean must is placed in stainless steel tanks, inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place over 10 to 12 days at controlled temperatures under 14°C, preserving and enhancing the grape's fresh character, aromas, and fruit intensity.

Ideal with ceviches, seafood and fresh salads.
