Fruity Argentinian red, packed with plums and strawberries, finishing with a lick of liquorice and a wisp of smoke.
Viticulture
These vines are grown in the Los Arboles vineyards in the Uco Valley. Organic practices are followed as they aim to preserve the natural properties of the grapes by eliminating the use of chemicals, herbicides and fungicides.
Vinification
Grapes hand-harvested and destemmed, undergo 25-day fermentation and maceration in small concrete tanks at 23-25ºC. Gentle pneumatic pressing and natural malolactic fermentation follow. Aged for 15 months in a blend of French and American oak barrels before filtering and bottling.
