From our vineyards situated in Cruz de Piedra, Maipú, and in Altamira, Uco Valley. In the Province of Mendoza.
Vinification
Manual harvest, bunch selection, destemming, berries selection, fermentation and maceration in small concrete vats during a minimum of 25 days at 25 °C- 27 °C. Natural malolactic fermentation, ageing during 12 months in new French oak barrels. Blending,ageing during 6 months in Frenck oak barrels. Bottling. Bottle ageing for 12 months
