Viticulture
Grapes are sourced from selected vineyards to the east of the river Mendoza
Vinification
Bunch-selected grapes undergo gentle pressing and cold maceration. Controlled fermentation at 15ºC with selected yeasts. 50% aged in French and American oak, undergoing malolactic fermentation; 50% in stainless steel. Blended, filtered, and bottled for a harmonious finish.

Ideal with white meats especially roast chicken and pasta dishes with creamy sauces.
