From rigorously selected Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes from Ribeauvillé and surrounding villages.
Vinification
Alsace Pinot Blanc technically a blend of 2 varieties: Auxerrois for juicy ripe fruit, body; Pinot Blanc for acidity, freshness. After harvesting, grapes directly brought to winery for stainless steel fermentation. Early bottling, no malolactic fermentation.
