Tasting note
Bone-dry Riesling from a famous Alsace estate, zinging with lemon and grapefruit, softened by white peach.
Viticulture
Established in 1626, Trimbach family's legacy in winemaking thrives. Vineyards nestled around Ribeauville enjoy Alsatian microclimate, shaped by Vosges Mountains. Unique terroirs, including Muschelkalk limestone, create exceptional wines.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are brought directly to the winery where the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early without malolactic fermentation.
Food Match
Trimbach Classic Riesling: dry, elegant, perfect with Alsace cuisine like goose, sauerkraut, and onion quiche. Also pairs well with rich fish, rice, pork, and modern oriental dishes from sushi to light curries.
