Tasting note
Rich white Malvasia from southern Italy, offering a fine breeze of honeysuckle and vanilla and a honeyed mouthful of tropical fruit.
Viticulture
Vines of Malvasia tend to produce high yields and have a long maturation period. These are planted on a plane in the Taranto province with an altittu of between 100 and 150 m above see level.
Vinification
Classic fermentation at low temperature (14 degrees) and off the skins. Aged for a short period of time in stainless steel on its lees.
Food Match
Excellent wine for fish, but also good with pasta based on white sauces.
