Viticulture
Located 400 km north of Santiago on the edge of the Atacama Desert, Elqui Valley is Chile’s most northern wine producing region, Carmenere is widely planted in this region.
Vinification
Hand picked in small bins of 15 Kg. 60% of the grapes are treated with the appassimento technique.
Food Match
Pairs well with grilled meat, pork loin, pastas with meat-based sauce and spicy food.
