Tasting note
Vibrant, juicy Sangiovese from Chile's northernmost wine region, full of black cherry, red berries and a breath of vanilla.
Vinification
All the grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 26-28ºC. After the fermentation the young wine is kept on the skins for a further 4/5 days. Aging: 50% of the volume in stainless steel and 50% in French and American oak barrels for 3 months.
