Tasting note
Many-layered Chilean Malbec, lifted by a fragrant cloud of rose petals, violets and a hint of white pepper, then grounded by succulent blackberries and a spiced game note on the finish.
Vinification
Manual harvest, gentle crush, 3-day cold maceration in stainless steel with enzymes. Inoculated with Alg 804 yeast, controlled temperature fermentation. Daily cap immersion ensures softer tannins and color extraction. After malolactic fermentation, part aged 10/11 months in French oak (3rd use), and the rest in stainless steel.

A versatile wine suitable to accompany many different dihes: grilled or roasted meats in particular; enjoy at 18°C.
