Chilean Riesling, scented with crushed apples, mangoes and guavas, lifted by a note of acidity on the finish.
Vinification
Hand-harvested Riesling undergoes gentle crushing and cold maceration. The clarified juice ferments with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 20 days. Stored on fine lees for 5 months, followed by finishing, protein, and tartaric stabilization before bottling.
Food Match
Excellent with grilled or boiled fish, fish soup or even spicy dishes.
