Tasting note
A spicy, full-bodied Syrah from Chile's northernmost wine region, fragrant with pepper, red fruit and vanilla, evolving into liquorice and darker fruit in the mouth.
Vinification
The grapes are hand harvested, after being destemmed and crushed the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferment takes places at 22-24C before undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barriques for 8 months.
