Tasting note
Juicy and citrussy Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, a bowlful of limes, mandarins grapefruit and passion fruit with a waft of herbs.
Viticulture
Unique microclimate. Becuase of the unique expression and incredible quality, the winery soon had its own DO founded as D.O. Leyda Valley in 2001. The wines are born from two unique sites, El Granito, just 4Km from the sea and El Maiten at 12Km from the sea, bith with ancient granitic soild which lend a certain minerality to all the wines in the range
Vinification
Picked at night to preserve freshness and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to allow the minerality to shine through in this typically grassy Sauvignon
Food Match
A brilliant match to French bistro salad with warm Goat Cheese croutes.
