Tasting note
Spanish Chardonnay, exotic and pleasant, fragrant with white flowers and citrus, followed by a juicy mouthful of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango.
Viticulture
Carried out in mid-October and it is entirely manual with a subsequent selection of clusters.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (17 degrees), which helps preserve all the aromas and freshness. No ageing involved.
