Ruby red, intense, fragrant and persistent aroma. On the palate it shows good structure and remarkable personality.
Viticulture
Red wine obtained from Gaglioppo grapes, coming from sapling vineyards cultivated on clayey-limestone plateaus, located in the historic production area of "Cirò Classico". They yield about 40 \ 45 (q \ ha) to make this wine. Organic.
Vinification
Vinification: the fermentation takes place at a cold controlled temperature.
Maceration: about 6 days.
Aging: stainless steel tanks for about 13/15 monthsand 2 months in bottle.
