They can browse our portfolio, for instance, and place orders for wines and spirits already on their list. The website offers real-time updates on stock levels, ensuring that what has been ordered is precisely what will be delivered. Our website also offers the convenience of creating standing orders, which can be delivered at intervals chosen by the customer, subject to agreed delivery days. Customers simply create the order they wish to repeat and specify the desired delivery frequency during the checkout process.

Email

Enotria&Coe customers have various options for placing email orders. To streamline the process and minimise the risk of errors, our account managers can provide them with an order form tailored to their preferred wines, which can be attached to the email for easy submission. Generated through our Esker ordering solution, these forms are formatted for automatic processing upon receipt, eliminating the need for manual intervention and reducing the likelihood of mistakes. Alternatively, customers can send emails in their preferred format or attach their own forms. These submissions are also processed and converted into Esker, enhancing efficiency and accelerating processing times.

Phone

For customers who prefer speaking directly with our friendly customer service team members, ordering by phone is also an option. By providing their account number or name and postcode, our team members can quickly locate them in the system and access their associated wine lists. This minimises the risk of misinterpretation when orders are placed verbally, ensuring that the correct wines are identified and ordered accurately.

Procurement platforms

Enotria&Coe provides ordering integration via various procurement platforms such as Procure Wizard and Fourth Hospitality. Through this integration, customers' platforms are continually updated with the latest pricing of our wines. This empowers them to efficiently manage their wine lists and streamline their ordering process, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

EDI

Customers whose procurement platforms support electronic data interchange (EDI) can seamlessly transmit purchase orders directly to our system using this system. Invoices and credit notes can also be sent out through EDI. This integrated process significantly enhances efficiency for both our clients and ourselves, as it minimises the risk of errors in orders. With full automation, our customers can rest assured that they will receive precisely what they desire, in the quantities they require, exactly when they need it.

Direct-to-Consumer

Enotria&Coe provides ordering integration also for our customers who rely on our fulfilment services through platforms such as Shopify, WeCommerce, and BigCommerce. Through this integration, customers' platforms are continually updated with the latest pricing and stock levels of our wines. This empowers them to efficiently manage their wine lists and streamline their ordering process, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
