Diversity and Inclusion

We champion diversity and inclusion, fostering an open culture that values all perspectives, our commitment driving positive change.

Our inclusion values

Mission Statement

At Enotria, we foster an open culture and take responsibility for promoting equality and diversity in our workplace. We actively cultivate an inclusive environment across all departments, recognising the significant benefits it brings to our organisation. We understand that an inclusive workforce leads to higher levels of employee engagement, commitment, and loyalty. When employees feel valued and respected for their perspectives, cultures, and beliefs, they are more likely to thrive professionally.

Furthermore, we acknowledge that our commitment to inclusivity has an impact beyond our internal operations. It plays a crucial role in our leadership within the drinks sector, serving as an example for all our business relationships. By championing diversity and inclusion, we aim to spearhead positive change throughout the wider industry.

Diversity & Inclusion committee

In line with our mission, we are actively participating in The Drinks Trust's industry-wide Equity, Diversity & Inclusion programme, an initiative that seeks to foster an inclusive and equitable UK drinks industry where everyone feels valued, safe, and supported. To support this programme, Enotria&Coe is forming an ad hoc committee to ensure our active involvement and leadership in driving positive change within the industry.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Our latest Gender Pay Gap report (2023) demonstrates that our gender pay gap remains better than the national average. Notably, women within our organisation have a higher median average pay, an achievement we are proud of and one that has persisted over several years.

While our report reflects positive trends, we acknowledge that women are still underrepresented in the higher pay quartile, indicative of the limited presence of females in senior roles, and addressing this disparity remains a top priority for us. We are committed to enhancing gender equality in our talent acquisition processes, recognising that by fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace, we can drive performance and spur creativity.
