Account managers

Our dedicated team of 70 account managers serves as the primary point of contact for all aspects of trading with Enotria&Coe, from sales to support. In addition to specialists in national channels and growing businesses, we have regional account managers strategically positioned throughout the entire UK. Such an extensive network means that our customers, regardless of location, always have access to localised support – a familiar face who understands their needs.

Our account team are not divided into "business development" and account maintenance roles: the same contact who you talk to before you become a customer will be with you throughout. We're not just interested in a quick sale, but in building a trusted, long-lasting relationship and in making your business more profitable.

With their unrivalled expertise across multiple On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, and with businesses of all sizes, they adopt a comprehensive and personalised approach to customer service. Indeed, their primary responsibility is to assist customers in navigating our portfolio, offering advice to help select the right bottles. Yet, alongside facilitating portfolio exploration, they provide customised, comprehensive support, too. They proactively collaborate with clients to maximise profits, enhance staff education, and leverage our training and insights to generate new revenue streams.

They can work closely with producers to develop tailored activations and incentives, assist with event planning, and develop effective wine lists and drinks menus to help customers grow their businesses. By leveraging critical insights from Enotria&Coe's head office and global network of producers, as well as regional knowledge from their own local markets, our account managers offer valuable category and strategic advice, too. Through these integrated strategies, they ensure customers capitalise on the potential of Enotria&Coe’s portfolio by helping drive sales and increase revenues.

Support team

Support teams

Alongside your account manager, you have direct access to our Customer Services team. This team works closely with you, your account manager, and our operational teams to process orders, handle any issues that may arise, and ensure that you receive timely communication about deliveries. The team pride themselves in their understanding of our customers and their knowledge of our portfolio, so are able to expertly manage many questions regarding products as well as operations.

Our Sales Operations team are available as an additional layer of support. Based out of our head office, the team are able to provide an enhanced level of business reporting and data analysis for customers and account managers alike. The team also provide specialist support around pricing and management of procurement platform integrations.

For customers with credit facilities, you'll have a named Credit Controller. They are on hand to help manage your ledger, provide statements, and process payments on account in a timely manner.

Behind the scenes, our other central teams are equally focused on delivering an unparalleled customer experience. We attach great importance to forecasting customer demand to ensure that we are always keeping key listings in stock, with our demand planning team managing our supply chain requirements at a customer level.

Our marketing and brand management teams provide a range of supporting services you can tap into. This includes our market leading training services which include tutoring toward WSET qualifications and bespoke in-house product knowledge, both in person and digitally. We offer an active programme of customer events, and co-ordinate with account managers to arrange direct interaction and immersive experiences with our producers to bring our portfolio to life.
