Direct from Park Royal
The ownership of an on-site bonded warehouse next to our offices in Park Royal – London's largest business park – is one of our operational model’s most distinctive and unique features.
It allows us to ensure a seamless process from the moment we receive the order in our offices to shipping it directly to the customer: a timely and organised delivery services tailored to our customer’s location and preferences, with everything taking place in a single location, eliminating the need for outsourcing at any stage of the process.
The bulk of our deliveries is conducted through our dedicated fleet of delivery vehicles and drivers. For specific deliveries, we collaborate with trusted partners. This strategy enables us to provide services to even the most remote customers while optimising operational efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and, concurrently, minimise CO2 emissions.
Modern, efficient vehicles
Our fleet consists of contemporary and efficient HGV and EU Cat 6 & ULEZ compliant diesel vans, all of which undergo regular updates. The vehicles are equipped with cutting-edge technology that contributes to secure and punctual delivery of goods to our customers – as well as the safety of our drivers. Every van and HGV in our fleet is traced and fully outfitted with cameras, both around the exterior and inside the vehicle. This comprehensive camera system enables us to promptly identify, record, and report any issues that may arise, further enhancing the overall safety and accountability of our operations.
Hubs around the country
Our entire stock is centralised at our bonded warehouse in Park Royal. Deliveries destined for the London area are sent directly from this central hub. For deliveries beyond the London region, goods are trunked overnight from the warehouse to 10 strategically located regional hubs across the country. At these depots, our local regional drivers collect the goods in the morning, ensuring efficient and timely distribution to customers across different regions. This logistics system allows us to optimise delivery routes, minimise transit times, and enhance the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Furthermore, it allows us to extend our services to even the most remote customers, providing genuine national reach. Regardless of their location, all our customers benefit from the familiarity of a local driver who understands the nuances of his region, while having access to Enotria&Coe’s comprehensive portfolio and stock options at the same time.

Paragon Routing
Paragon Routing is our advanced routing and scheduling software. It provides invaluable support in addressing the daily challenges of our nationwide transport operations. By meticulously considering factors such as customer requirements, timing constraints, road restrictions, and geographical locations, Paragon aids us in crafting the most efficient and effective daily delivery plans.
This strategic planning not only reduces the daily fleet requirement, directly benefiting the environment and minimising road traffic, but also mitigates potential issues and obstacles in the delivery process. Moreover, the software empowers drivers to organise deliveries within the vehicle based on delivery times, prioritising the last deliveries to optimise efficiency and speed up the overall delivery process.
Flexipod POD
We monitor and verify deliveries in real-time through Flexipod. This system enables our drivers to take signatures and generate invoices at the point of delivery, streamlining paperwork for both us and the customer.
We recognise that deliveries are just a small part of our customers' hectic workdays, so our system eliminates additional administrative tasks that can contribute to stress. We have implemented numerous checks and balances to prevent delivery issues, but in the rare eventuality that any should occur, the Flexipod system facilitates swift resolution without the customers having to navigate through multiple channels, saving them valuable time. Furthermore, while reducing administrative burdens, the system also ensures customers are billed only for what they have actually received.
Freshdesk
Our choice for customer support and help desk management is the Freshdesk software. It plays a crucial role in overseeing our customer interactions across multiple channels. With functionalities like ticketing, automation, self-service options, and reporting, this tool streamlines our customer support processes. Freshdesk is of immense significance to us, as it enables our drivers and customer care teams to deliver responsive services efficiently.

Pallets and parcels
To extend our reach and ensure timely deliveries, we complement our in-house team of delivery drivers by leveraging partner services. This strategy is particularly valuable for serving clients in outlying areas of the country, or when expedited overnight deliveries pose logistical challenges for our internal fleet. For the transportation of pallets, we entrust Palletline as our reliable carrier. When it comes to parcels, we rely on our established partnership with DPD, widely recognised as a best-in-class parcel carrier. These collaborations enhance our flexibility and allow us to provide comprehensive delivery solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
