Size and locations of team
Enotria&Coe serves a wide range of clients across the country, from Britain’s leading retailers to casual eateries, and from indie shops to Michelin-starred restaurants. To excel in these endeavours, we rely on a robust and diverse team of professionals with unparalleled experience, knowledge, and passion for our industry. While most of our team members work from our headquarters in London's Park Royal, our buying team often conducts research and cultivates relationships with suppliers in their respective markets, and our sales force team is strategically located within their regions to better serve our clients.
Adjacent to our offices, our primary warehousing hub is staffed by a team of 90 warehouse professionals who work closely with our office-based team. To support our delivery operations, we maintain an extensive fleet distributed across seven regions nationwide. This fleet includes 22 vehicles at Park Royal, 23 in-country vehicles serving our 10 regional hubs, and reserve units for added flexibility. With these substantial and well-coordinated teams in place, Enotria&Coe efficiently handles between 750 and 1,000 orders every day, ensuring each order receives the attention and priority it deserves.

That’s why, from our very inception in 1972, we have prioritised cultivating lasting relationships with our suppliers. Not only do we distribute our suppliers’ wines across a diverse range of the UK’s on- and off-trade channels, we act as the eyes and ears of the producer, collaborating with them to ensure their overall success in the market. A large majority of our agencies even benefit from direct brand management from us. This approach allowed us to build an extensive portfolio of exclusive producers, many of which have been with Enotria since the very beginning.

Hubs around country to respond on time and in full
Our entire stock is centralised at our bonded warehouse in Park Royal. Deliveries destined for the London area are sent directly from this central hub. For deliveries beyond the London region, goods are trunked overnight from the warehouse to 10 strategically located regional hubs across the country. There, our local regional drivers collect the goods in the morning, ensuring efficient and timely distribution to customers across different regions. This logistics system allows us to optimise delivery routes, minimise transit times, and enhance the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Furthermore, it enables us to extend our services to even the most remote customers, providing genuine national reach. Regardless of their location, all our customers benefit from the familiarity of local drivers, who understand the nuances of each region, and have access to Enotria&Coe’s comprehensive portfolio and stock options.

Our primary goal is to expedite orders and cater to our customers' needs promptly, and with a smile. We are committed to answering all customer calls within 10 seconds, achieving a maximum 2% missed call rate, and ensuring accuracy across all orders, with each one handled by dedicated agents. To offer our clients flexibility, we enable orders through various means. However, we prioritise our newly developed, integrated website system that allows for seamless ordering. By minimising human input, this system reduces the potential for misunderstandings while enhancing the overall customer experience with a personalised touch.
